Uni Textbooks Are Expensive

So I was browsing a forum and saw a dude complaining about his expensive textbooks for the semester totalling $250! He proceeded to write a letter of complaint to his lecturer... It was then that my eyes widened: my fingers flexed and readied to make a post about what a douche he is.

Guess what? I have 5 textbooks to get this semester, 4 of them being $150 EACH and 1 of them being $90, which totals about $690. To put that into perspective for you, that is enough money to buy a small island in New Zealand, build three mansions on it, order pizza for dinner consecutively for ten years, and still end up with enough spare change to get two Nintendo Wii's.

So did I write a letter to my lecturer to complain about it? I could, but that is because I'm justified to complain.

Seriously, you use up about $250 in two weeks at uni. Heck, my kebabs uses most of that budget up.

$250 is not worth making enemies with your lecturer.

Back to how much I rule.
